Logement très spacieux. Bien aménagé et meublé. Très facile d'accès et propre. Facile à trouver avec des explications très détaillées. Environnement très calme. Et a proximité direct du vieux Dôle, parfait pour profiter de cette magnifique ville.
Il n'y avait pas de chauffage et les nuits étant encore un peu fraîche et l'appartement pas très ensoleillé la journée, il faisait un peu frais. Mais dans le livret d'accueil il est noté qu'on peut appelé l'hôte en cas de souci avec la chaudière. Je ne l'ai pas fait car il faisait frais mais une fois sous la couette, cela restait supportable.

Les échanges avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée ont été très faciles et agréables. Le logement est joli, bien agencé et conforme à la description.
La propreté à l’arrivée était insuffisante : traces et salissures visibles sur les murs, sols et équipements (voir photos). C’est regrettable, car la propreté est un critère essentiel.
