Incredible views, best situated villa in all of Positano. The 5 terraces are unbeatable and every space comfortable and a pool and fully equipped and every angle totally worth the 500 or so steps to get to the house from the beach.
The terraces, the views, the comfort, views views views both outside 360 and in every single window, terrace, and angle. I cannot express enough how beautiful and peaceful the views are. i spent equal amount of time staring at the cliffs above as the sea below.

The view is unparalleled; it's the best view I've ever seen. The upper deck is so cool. The placement of the house on the hill makes it to where you feel like you're on the front of the titanic out over Positano. It's amazing. The pool, while more of a cold spa, is a life saver after walking the MANY steps up from the bottom of the town.
The master bedroom is behind one of the other bedrooms, requiring you to walk through a secondary bedroom every time you leave the master. Also, it's a LONG way up from the beach/city center. You can always take a cab or shuttle bus, but if you're going to walk, the view makes you walk :-)

Positano was incredibly busy and this was the perfect place with gorgeous views out of the craziness. Antonio greeted us upon our arrival, showed us the property, and kindly made dinner reservations for us that evening. He checked in on us throughout our stay and made recommendations on places to eat, things to do, etc. Even stocked the refrigerator with a few items along with coffee, etc. He was quick to respond and made our stay at the villa wonderful. The villa was gorgeous, could simply never leave!
It's situated on a curb of a main street, but not a deal breaker for sure. Easily adaptable once we got our bearings.

Place is more amazing in person than in the pictures. All those terraces are private. The place is newly renovated and everything works perfectly. The walk to stairs to get into town is only about 400 steps. The road is curvy and it feels tight to walk the road as an American but it was just fine. I highly recommend. Stay at the place!!
