This is an oceanfront home with some unbeatable qualities and windows to let in awe-inspiring views, spacious rooms, and a light palette that seems to intensify the ocean light. This home was perfect for our family and friends getaway. The bedrooms are nicely spread out allowing for some nice space for everyone to spread out. The view was spectacular! We appreciated the binoculars that were provided! We were able to see whales! The stairs to the beach provided instant access to a beautiful quiet spot on the beach. The stairs are long and at the bottom is a missing stair. You have to navigate over some rocks to finally get to the beach. So for those that have limited mobility this would be a challenge. The only reason for that 4 is due to the limitations of the kitchen. We were a group of 9 and it was a challenge to cook with only small pans and the large burner on the stove did not work. It would be helpful to bring your own large pan or electric griddle for breakfast meals. We made it work!

There are quite a few areas with mildew/mold issues that some have been previously covered. It is a little run down with wear and tear. The stove top burners are not even and make cooking on them a pain. (We went out and got a griddle) because their griddle didn’t have the cord. A lot of games, kitchen appliances and other things in the house either don’t work or they are something

The house had amazing views, beautiful windows overlooking the ocean and newly built stairs to access the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better. Unfortunately the house amenities weren’t great. The large kitchen burner didn’t work, there was an electric griddle but no cord. The beds were so old everyone rolled toward the middle. There were thin cardboard-like blankets on the beds and no snuggly blankets in the house, even for sitting on the couch. There is a tv but it’s small and not big enough for a large group to watch.
