We had a great stay in Mikasa.
It's a house divided into different rooms with each room rented out to different guests. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, but we didn't have an issue with that. The included breakfast at a bar 1 minutes walk away was very cool!
The room itself was great, spacious and with a terrace.
The only thing we didn't like was the camera in the entrance hall, it felt a bit strange and innecesary. Why is it there?
Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

the accommodation is not recommended because it is very far from the Metro station, there was nothing in the room to cover the man while he was sleeping, the dishwasher does not work, the only good recommendation is the washing machine, but the owner does not remove the laundry from it 24 hours a day. When we arrived at the apartment, the landlord did not want to give us the code to enter the apartment until we pay the tourist tax, people who come late do not have internet and we barely managed, the room is not recommended for a longer stay
