About this house rental

Private, tucked away neighborhood full of unique brick homes built by one of Akron's premier developers in the 1940's. Enter through the private brick courtyard at the front. Dramatic cathedral ceiling in large great room with stunning fireplace. This cozy cottage offers large dining area open to kitchen with breakfast bar and handy half bath in utility/laundryroom just off the kitchen. Attached garage. Fully equipped kitchen that would please any cook. Large private lot with gazebo.

Cozy and private! Neighbors are a good distance from this property. Attached garage makes it convenient for entry directly into the dining area. Very quiet residential area close to shopping and easy access to the freeway I-77 White Pond entrance/exit. Walking distance to Ken Stewart restaurant. Acme and Whole Foods 365 very close.
