5/5 — Perfect Pool Home Getaway!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful pool home! The entire property was spotless from the moment we arrived — everything was sparkling clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The house itself is extremely spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The pool and outdoor area were absolutely perfect — the backyard felt like a private oasis! We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, lounging in the sun, and taking in the beautiful views. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it the ideal place to unwind.Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from cookware to utensils, which made meal prep a breeze. The TVs were large and crystal clear, and the high-speed internet worked flawlessly for streaming and work alike.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We arrived in California early and they were very accommodating about early check-in! House was amazing, plenty of room for 17 people. Kitchen was great, well supplied with dishes, cooking equipment and everything we needed. 2 Refrigerators were a bonus. We spent most of the time out by the pool and hot tub, which was clean and enjoyable, Beautiful view too!When We needed the hot tub cleaned, let John know and he was on it.Just a couple things to be aware of, you do have to get ahold of them every time you want the hot tub turned on or the air conditioning turned down, kind of a bother, but they turned it on right away! ( so no complaints). The only thing I would say is they should get more comfortable mattresses on the beds! Oh and be aware of the neighborhood Rooster who crows very early! HahaAll and all, I would definitely recommend this property!

We stayed at John’s property for 5 days. We are a family of 18 (ages 7-84). We enjoyed ourselves! John was a very helpful and super responsive host. He couldn’t have been more helpful.
There were a few things that needed updating, though. The jacuzzi had quite a few broken tiles. The pool water wasn’t cleaned/refreshed while we were there. The carpets really need cleaning. The bathroom near the pool had a broken sink and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The couch was ripped in a number of spots as well (John was replacing the couch as we left, though).
We had fun at John’s property, but it did feel like it needs more attention. Thx.
