Frühstück: man kann satt essen, es ist vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig.
Personal: das Haus wird rein privat gehalten. Man erlebt das innere Leben des Hauses mit, da der Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer hautnah und freundlich ist. Der Bedarf an absoluten Komfort steht somit nur zweitrangig. Das Haus ist neuwertig, es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in einem Wohnviertel, in einer ruhigen Straße. Die nächtige Ruhe lädt zwangsmäßig zum erholsamen Schlaf. Ich habe lang nicht so gut geschlafen wie dort.
Viel näher zur RER Station wäre praktisch, mit all den Minus, was das bringt würde: laut, anonym.

Było wszystko super,Pani o wszystko zadbała tak jak należy, bardzo czysto ,super pokój z prysznicem i toaletą, naprawdę godne polecenia totalna cisza i masz pewność ze jesteś sam w domu
