About this house rental
Situated in a very QUIET dead end street , garden 300 M2 . Parking for 2 cars. You will appreciate this preserved and wild landscape , very protected coast with no building (only few houses). This site allies the pleasure of the fishing from the shore at low tide and the bathing in high tide.
Numerous creeks and fine sand beaches in the surroundings accessible by foot along the coastal pedestrian way.
In town in 2mn : all the shops and the restaurants and especially the BIGGEST MARKET OF THE REGION in season, it takes place on Wednesday and Sundays in season only. It is smaller off season and on Sundays only.
The house: modern, outside Terrace in the back, Ground Floor : open space dining room , lounge , kitchen , a double-bed Bedroom, bathroom and independent toilets with laundry . Upstairs : 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed + single bed and one with 2 single beds ) bathroom and independent toilets . All inclusive from 3 days booking and up : drawsheets, pillows, braids, cloths, tablecloths, bathroom linen... Sheets and towels with extra 30 € for 1 or 2 nights only)
Nearby: Sailing Club , Pont-Mahé (in 2mn) Kite surf and windsurfing famous spot renowned " The western Mediterranean Sea " (ideal also for the children below ages). Guérande (salterns) in 20 mn. La Baule in 25 mn, Vannes in 50 mn acces to all Morbihans Islands .

Grande Maison très agréable, lumineuse, parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en famille.
Plage à 2 pas et belles promenades à faire sur le chemin côtier.
Option soirée au coin du feu très appréciable.

Maison moderne très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle (cuisine, buanderie, wifi...). Rue très calme (ambiance mer/campagne). Accès plage du loquy à 5mn à pied.

Maison neuve très agréable et bien équipée située à 2 minutes de la plage. Randos sympas sur le GR 34 (sentier des douaniers), photos de nature. Très calme. Propriétaire très sympa.
Penestin est un endroit à découvrir bien situé, à l'écart des foules du Golfe.
A very pleasant house 2 minutes from the sea, nice owners. Come and visit Penestin, a quiet and beautiful place in the heart of Brittany.
