Emplacement de la résidence en plein centre de Le Palais, top pour l'embarquement et le débarquement, 3 minutes à pieds. Résidence propre, propriétaire fort chaleureux et accueillant. Chambre sous les toits bien adaptée malgré le rampant, lit 2 places, rangements divers, douche, lavabo et tv. WC commun sur le palier mais y en a 2 alors vraiment pas de problème d'accès. Salle de petit déjeuner claire et spacieuse. Buffet du petit déjeuner proposant un choix assez ample pour contenter la majorité. Échange avec le propriétaire cordiaux à chaque moment.
Du fait que la douche soit intégrée dans la chambre, la nuit vous pouvez entendre le fonctionnement de la vmc. Si vous y êtes sensible, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles.

La localisation, le petit déjeuner ( à la française 😉) bien complet, nous avions une chambre pour 3 personnes, les lits sont très confortables et la chambre bien insonorisée. Endroit idéal pour visiter l île (à vélo nous concernant).

Good location, close to centre of the town.
Skylight window gave a refreshing breeze at night
Room was very tired. Mouldy ceiling above the shower. Warped and stained wood around the window. Very small and sloped roof reduced usable space even more.
Breakfast room was infested with flies. Breakfast was uninspiring
