About this apartment rental
Very large and bright 250 m2 apartment, just a few minutes walk from St. Peter\'s Basilica and the Vatican City, as well as the famous Piazza Navona. The historic monumental center can be reached in just a few minutes with the buses that stop in front of the building.
Located on the first floor, with lift, of a completely renovated building from the last century.
Via Gregorio VII is also well served by buses, the stop of which is located in front of the apartment, the metro stop is Ottaviano San Pietro.
The area surrounding the building offers pastry bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pizzerias and all kinds of shops.
The entire apartment is very suitable for hosting large groups, groups of friends and for religious tourism. It can comfortably accommodate up to 28 people, it is made up of two large adjoining and communicating apartments which, through an internal armored door, create a single large apartment with eight bedrooms, two large living rooms with LCD TVs, seven bathrooms, 3 balconies , two of which are habitable, free wi-fi throughout the apartment, two fully equipped kitchens, with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, large dining tables, armchairs and sofas for guests to relax.
Double glazed windows, all equipped with electric shutters, ensure perfect silence in the apartment which, despite being on the first floor, is already very bright in itself, thanks to the many large windows and south-west exposure.
There is central heating while the air conditioning system, which also works in the winter, is made up of ten extremely silent, latest-generation Daiking motors.

House (2 apartments) were nearby the Vatican which is exactly where we wanted to be! Location was great! It's was nice having a for that joined the 2 apartments. Closer to a number of bars and restaurants along with nearby pharmacy and shops. Easy enough to get a taxi/Uber. Would have liked a few more accessories (facial tissues, body soap, shampoo).

The host was very responsive and the location was great. No dishwasher. Other than that, it was everything we were looking for. We had 17 adults and there was plenty of room.

Good location. Close to Vatican but need taxi or long walk to all other places to see. Apartment is very spacious. Property management was accommodating with check in since our plane was late and we had change with one of the guest arriving early. The manager was able to accommodate the guests early, which was appreciated. There were no toiletry provided in the restrooms except toilet paper and hand soap. Neighbors above the apartment were very noisy past midnight. Don't complain to manager, she doesn't care. Showers are very small, it feels uncomfortable inside. Larger people will have trouble using the shower. Each room has AC which is good. Overall 3 stars.
