Very clean, great appliances, comfortable beds, ample room all over the apartment, location, excellent restaurant L’Offset. Very attentive owners. It is one of the best vacation rentals I have had in my travels!

Location was good from Centre Gare and to everything in Avignon.
Expect the Top Floor unit to be a rustic stay with lots of tchotchkes of unrelated stuff. Owner could have provided more details on what and what he would not supply. We asked several times for toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap since there weren't any in the unit. And forget about an extra set of towels. Our third request was met with a hard refusal to supply anything. For example, come prepared to buy your own toilet paper, bathroom soap (we finally did get an updated bottle of hand soap), and one set of towels only--a thin hand towel and bath towel. We did not find the "RULES" on checkout as they were not pointed out upon check-in nor on the booking website until late the night before an early morning departure. For example, strip the the beds fully, trash in someplace we could find and we were not told where it was, and dishwasher emptied and dishes put away. I was totally expecting to be asked to dust the place since that had not been done in a long time.
