Clean. Large bedroom, good bathroom. Parking. Location for walking into Woodstock.
The kitchenette was on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom was up a narrow and steep flight of stairs. Never could turn on the heat in the kitchen and the hostess told us later that the control was in the garage. Kitchenette only included a frig, sink, and microwave - no cooktop. Very minimal seating to eat in the kitchen but ate upstairs because of the chilly kitchen. Not for immobile guests.

Quiet location within easy walking distance of Blenhiem Palace and the town. Favourable price. Large comfy bed. Off road parking on driveway of main house.
Bedding wrinkled particularly pillow cases, pillows very thin and aged. 1 bath and 1 hand towel extremely stiff. Despite instructions to wash dishes etc before leaving no cloth or tea towel avaliable (used unusable hand towel!) Specific request in instructions to strip bed!!! Sorry didn't do, that's one perk of going away! Cobwebs +++ and very dirty bathroom vent.
