The property has your own private dock, where you can fish for trout right from your backyard. The cottage has four bedrooms and an enclosed back porch. This is the perfect place to relax while doing some fishing or kayaking on the Little Red. You’re within 20 minutes of Heber Springs and Searcy and an hour away from Little Rock.

This house is nice and big, perfect for our family of 6. Communication with owners was prompt and they helped us out with some weather related problems. The kids had a great time!

Right on the river, very roomy and clean. We’ll stocked with cooking utensils and toiletries. Owners easy to contact and responded to a question immediately. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, trout fishing get away.

The house was wonderful. The river was low so the walk to the dock was a fun experience but that is to be expected. My sons enjoyed fishing and wading in the river. It’s about a 22 minute drive to Heber Spring so we were able to get some hiking in also. Great place to get away too.

Great place to stay for a friends fishing trip. Very clean and everything you need. Local places to eat nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Nice dock and fire pit.
