Experience Hawaii from the comfort of this newly remodeled three-bedroom condo in Kona. Located right on the ocean, enjoy the therapeutic sounds of waves crashing and watch people surfing right from your very own private lanai!
This newly remodeled condo is a pure delight. Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. With tasteful Hawaiian artwork throughout and an ever-present ocean breeze, being in this home is a constant reminder of how truly magnificent Hawaii Island is.
When entering the home, you find yourself in an open formatted living and dining room area. With plenty of seating space for the whole family, enjoy looking out at the ocean or flip on the smart TV to watch your favorite show equipped with a split air conditioner to keep you nice and cool.
Flowing directly from the living room is the newly renovated kitchen. Complete with ample storage space and all of the gadgets one could need, it is the perfect spot to put together a small meal or a gourmet feast. On the other side of the living room is a lanai with an additional dining table and spectacular views. Watch locals surf while enjoying your morning cup of coffee and the refreshing salt water air.

Down the hall off of the main living area are three bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and two bathrooms. On the ocean side is the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and its own quaint lanai. This bedroom has its own newly remodeled bathroom complete with his and hers sinks and beautiful tile work throughout. Enjoy ocean views from the comfort of your own bed every morning and take in the relaxing sounds of the Pacific.
On the other side of the hall are two bedrooms. The first is perfect for children, featuring two twin-size beds and tasteful ocean-themed artwork. The second bedroom has a king size bed and ample closet space.
Also down this hall is a newly renovated bathroom for guests and a laundry area with a large washer and dryer for your use and convenience.
Just a short drive from downtown Kona, this is a great location. It is close to snorkeling, swimming and surfing spots but also close to ample dining and shopping options. Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure or a relaxing day at home, this condo has everything you need to create a memorable vacation.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We were disappointed in the very few items available in the kitchen cabinets and how far away and limited availability of the grills. The view out to the ocean was great, loved watching the surfers. However, the road side bedrooms were very noisy. Overall it was nice, but we won't stay there again.
