The renovated bathroom has a shower cubicle and window. From the apartment there is direct access to the boardwalk via a pedestrian gate avoiding busy streets. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, one unit is in the living room and one in the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days.
