About this apartment rental
The property is located within the private residential area called "Capo d’Arco", spread over more than 100 hectares, set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the Municipality of Rio dell’Isola d’Elba. Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private guardian service. The District is divided into about 200 residential units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. The services available to guests include bathing equipment, salt and fresh water swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, mini-markets. There are also several nature trails both within the District and in the surrounding areas, to be covered on foot, by bike or by motorbike.

The apartment, inside the area called "Il Pino" characterized by two-storey villas, is located on the first floor with an upper attic. It consists of a large living area with comfortable corner sofa and dining table, kitchenette with induction hob and dishwasher, comfortable double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a first terrace overlooking the sea with a table and chairs from which an external staircase leads to a second and larger scenic attic terrace overlooking the sea.
Services:
- LCD TV, washing machine, dishwasher, parking space plus garage, as well as access to all the services of the area such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, mini-markets (available from mid-May to mid-September) tennis courts, soccer, beach volleyball ; possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas (for a fee); free wi-fi internet in common areas
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- it is forbidden to smoke inside all our structures
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
