From its beach side location, Pennti Treth is the perfect getaway for four guests, ideal for exploring the North Cornwall coastline or for just relaxing on your private balcony, watching the sunsets and star-studded skies. All on the Ground Floor:

Front garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Pennti Treth is one of a trio of apartments within the superbly presented Quarterdeck, nestling adjacent to Porth Beach, a stunning stretch of soft golden sand, flanked by rugged rocks formations and with rockpools, inlets and caves for all ages to explore! Situated on the ground floor, your apartment offers quality styling throughout, with comfort leading the way. From the living space, doors lead onto your very own intimate balcony, with table and chairs where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere and panoramic views of the bay before you. There is a deep sofa and chairs and wall mounted TV, providing a great area to relax in. The kitchen/diner has a table and chairs for four guests and is well equipped and spacious. Wi-Fi is provided throughout. There are two double bedrooms, both with wall mounted TV, both with uplifting, chic décor, and plenty of storage space for your stay. You will also have your own dedicated parking space on site and shared use of an electric car charging point.
Venture further afield from this Cornish gem and the buzzing town of Newquay is just 5 minutes by car. Here there are many beaches, a paradise for families and water-sports enthusiasts alike, with bars, restaurants and many shops and amenities. Padstow is a must visit, with its narrow streets and busy quayside, fabulous award-winning restaurants, galleries, and boutique shops. For walking there are countless choices, including The South-West Coast Path, taking in stunning scenery and breath-taking costal vistas. Discover Porth Island, reached by a narrow footbridge revealing a wonderful natural blowhole, along with evidence of Bronze and Iron age fortifications. From here walk to the magnificent Watergate Bay, dog friendly and vast and ideal for many types of surfing.

Great location, all you would need in the property. Bush outside door could with cutting back for better access other than that a great property
