About this apartment rental
This 90 sq mt / 968 sq ft apartment is located on the 1st floor, with elevator, of a three-story 16th-century period residence. It has an open-plan bedroom, a large living room, a small well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment consists of 2 levels separated by 20 steps inside the apartment between the first and second levels.
FIRST LEVEL:
There is the large living room with three large windows overlooking Via dei Serragli. Here is also the table with six chairs and the living room with three comfortable sofas and a 40\' smart TV. The kitchen is small, but functional and well equipped.
SECOND LEVEL:
From the living room there is access to the mezzanine, via a staircase of 20 steps, where you will find the bedroom (double mattress, non-divisible, size 160x190cm) and the bathroom with shower where you will also find the washing machine. At this level you will find the ancient frescoes of the 16th century well restored.
High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.
Heating: independent with split.
Air conditioning: 2 splits total: one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
Double glazed windows.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300.00 € to be guaranteed upon arrival by credit card.
STAY TAX: Tourist tax of 7,00€ per person per night, for the first 7 nights of stay only for those over 12 years old.

I love the Oltrarno, and this is the perfect location. It is less than 20 minutes from everything. The management company made everything really easy! We will for sure be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared with earplugs and a white noise app!

Really cool apartment in a great location. Excellent for seeing all the sites while also being in an adorable neighborhood. The host was helpful and communicative. I highly recommend!
