We stayed in the middle of a heatwave, Le Mans was 34 degrees, a few fans would have been great, but it was really no problem

Explicit instructions received from owner to get the key. Lots of room. Private parking. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Proximity of tramway.
Acoustics are harsh due to the shape and decor. Toaster blew a fuse!

The place is really centrally located. Very convenient to explore the city if you come by car (you leave the car in the private secured parking) or if you travel by train (7 minutes by foot). it was quiet at night.
It is not really an apartment but more like a converted garage so the layout is strange. Also, I travel a lot and I know that the beds are different but this one was the worst with literally a hole in the middle which made it impossible to rest. We had back pain the whole next day... The other thing is that the information says that the check-out is at 11h but the host said that we should leave at 10, the latest. When I asked him he said it was the new policy but it differs from what is written in Booking.
