La ubicación , el chalet muy cómodo la vista la calefacción , absolutamente cómodo y acogedor

La comunicación , nunca me llegó el Mail con indicaciones para el check in tuve que hablar por teléfono para que me ayudaran a entrar , y después un pin de activación de cuenta con un QR que tenía información de importancia recién llegó cuando me fui Tuve que llamar otra vez para que me dieran la clave del wifi ya que eso supuestamente estaba detrás de la puerta , y esa información no estaba , eso tienen que mejorarlo Incluso me dijeron cuando hablé por segunda vez que la única que no encontraba las cosas era yo , una pena esa falta de comunicación

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie für eine Woche zum Skifahren in St. Ulrich. Das Chalet ist sehr liebevoll und großzügig eingerichtet und man findet alles was man benötigt. Wir haben auch den Spabereich des Hotels zweimal genutzt und es hat uns sehr gefallen.

the best thing about this condo was the view.

We got an email a few days prior to check in that states "go to the hotel to check in ". So arriving at the hotel after 24 hours of travel, we were met with "why are you here?" We never got the "check in" email, nor the internet access email. There was supposed to be information about all of the condo inside, but it was not there. The photos that you see in the advertisements were not of the 2 bedroom condo that is upstairs. It is on the top floor and to get into the master bed, you need to duck or you will slam your head on the slanted ceiling. Also the living room is very European. There is a large dining table with wooden bench seating and a very small love seat. That is all the seating in the condo. The picture of the large living room with coffered ceilings is not the condo you are renting if you are in the 2 bedroom condo. We would come to Ortesei again in a heartbeat, but we would not stay in this condo.
