A fairly small apartment, but covering all necessities. Everything was tidy and clean, communication went efficiently and without issue, so there was nothing to worry about or have to suddenly deal with. Ideal for using it as a base for trips and such.
The bathroom isn't divided from the rest fully by a wall, so it presented awkward situations, since all sounds could be heard. More ideal for a couple, less for coworkers. But still could be managed, even if awkward.

You go down the street and there is a grocery store for buying goceries-I cook all my meals, The room is fine for me--one person and the amenities are all there--washer, dryer, full kitchen fridge and all the necessaries to cook. Rene is an excellent host-best in the world. Second year there for over a month each time and can not beat it--near bus lines to old town and the university where I teach in the summer.

The location is fantastic, centre of town 15 mins walk and very close to tram and bus stops (which we made use of plenty as this property is on the Innsbruck Welcome Card scheme - free public transport for our whole stay!)
We stayed 8 nights and the storage was excellent. Despite being a mini-apartment, and us bringing lots of luggage it felt spacious and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning (it was a sweltering 35°C some days!)
The bed was so comfortable too, with memory foam topper. TV has Netflix, which was great.
The kitchen facilities were perfect for us to prepare some meals, we like the option to cook while travelling and there's sufficient utensils for 2 people (and a microwave and dishwasher - tablets provided!)
The owner was so polite and happily provided a laundry rack and new kettle when the old one was faulty (very quickly). We used the washing machine and dryer too, again, washing pods were provided, which was so useful.
Would highly recommend this place for 2 people, and we'd happily stay again!
We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Es ist ein Mikroapartment. Es gab alles was wir benötigten. Alles noch sehr neu.
Besteck und Geschirr ist für 2 Mahlzeiten ausgelegt.
Im Schrank gab es noch Kleidungsstücke vom Vorgänger.
Was bestimmt für den ein oder anderen Hilfreich ist.
Wir konnten sogar eher in die Unterkunft und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.
Das Badezimmer ist ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wand hätte man doch für mein Empfinden, lieber bis nach oben ziehen sollen. Aber dann würde mit Sicherheit der Scharm verloren gehen. Vielleicht ein Glasmodul bis zur Decke.
