Check in staff was a little un-hospitable - very transactional. The room was freezing and water would not warm past like warm (over at the Grove). Staff made up for the poor check in experience the next day- extremely warm and professional offering to switch rooms. The Spa staff was incredibly attentive as is the bar staff.
The property is adorable- cozy, rustic but high end. The event activities (yoga) are also wonderful!
Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay, for the price would love robes in the room, faster WiFi and a transport or safer walking route from the grove to the restaurant, but the location is lovely, bed is comfy, products in the bathroom are top notch and the restaurant is excellent.

Wonderful property with great amenities and excellent customer service. We went for my partner's birthday and had a fabulous time. We will be back!
