Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Άνετο, κεντρικό σημείο, ευήλιο, καινούριος εξοπλισμός, απίστευτο WIFI. Τρία παιδιά και δύο γονείς μένουν με άνεση σε καινούργιο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές, χωρίς κανένα περιορισμό.
Πολύ μικρή δυσκολία στο parking. Δεν έχει να κάνει όμως τόσο με την τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, αλλά κυρίως με την αμφιθεατρική θέση της Καβάλας, η οποία εκτός από το κέντρο και το λιμάνι έχει αρκετές ανηφοριές.
