The location was perfect with public transport available outside the hotel. It’s also not far to walk to places like republic square.
Some of the decor / standards could be improved. My door looked like it could be pulled open with a bit of effort as the frame seemed to be disintegrating.

The room was fine
I didn't get the room that I have booked and payed for. I was supposed to get the room with king size bed and a spa bathroom.

owner was okay
Worn, dirty, and poor value. Broken jacuzzi/hot tub (leaks, no functions), non-working fake fireplace, minimal toiletries, and only basic cable. Staff were fine and the owner responsive, but the hot tub my main reason for booking was broken, so the price didn’t match expectations + hot tub was dirty
