1 block walk to the bus stop
The property is very old. It has everything I need. It looks like there were long term rental tenants live there. They left several large pots (large quantities) of food all over the stove and around the kitchen area and sink which made it difficult to use. They didn’t clean up after themselves. It was also a dirty on the stove. Clothes were left in the washer and dryer which also made it difficult to do the laundry.

Well located for what I needed. An easy 15-20 min walk from the light rail station, or a quick bus ride that drops you at the bottom of the street.
Very clean and nice AC or heat option.
Low ceilings, (watch your head!), on the third floor, and the upstairs bathroom had a broken toilet on and off. Bed was okay.
The lower kitchen looked good, though I did not use it.

This place was funky but okay. It felt a bit like staying with an elderly relative. The house was quiet and the bed was comfortable. A simple, functional kitchen was available.
There were lots of stairs. It's in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and there's no stores or restaurants within walking distance. A $35 cleaning fee is too much
