Monolocale pulito, dotato di ogni confort come da descrizione. Phon, doccia calda, cucina attrezzata di forno a microonde, macchinetta per caffè con cialde. Tavolino esterno con ombrellone per pranzi e cene all'esterno.

La posizione è adatta a chi ama camminare, non si vede il tramonto.
