The aesthetics of the apartment - very Positano! The view was WOW! It has everything we could need including a washer and air conditioning. Daniele and Bea were very helpful and we appreciated that. Bea was informative and a kind person. We loved that the elevator was only a few metres from the property. We loved that there were two bathrooms. It was a comfortable property.
The beds! They are very soft, maybe old. You can feel the springs in the mattress. A soft bed might suit some people but not for us. The elevator does cost money each time you use it for each person (over 12) so it does add up (but it is worth it). Even though there is an elevator, it doesn’t take you to the city centre - there are still lots of stairs in Positano and ascends/descends. This doesn’t just apply to this property but the majority of the properties in the region, especially those with a view.

The space was immaculate. Incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Helping us with the porter service was amazing, we couldn’t do it without Bea. She was exceptional. Answered in such a timely manner and was so sweet. Check-in and check-out was smooth.
The washer and dryer was VERY difficult to use. The instructions were hard to understand and not for the washer and dryer that was there.
