About this house rental
Owl's Nest boasts a large floor plan for your next vacation. Upon entry you have a large living/dining and game room area with dining table, pool table and living room sitting area with a sleeper sofa, large flat screen t.v. and gas fireplace. The large master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, large bathroom with his and her vanities, walk in shower and large walk in closet. The hot tub is also located on the patio. The 2 other bedrooms, each with a king bed have flat screen t.v. and large closets. There is a bath with tub and shower in the hallway. Also for your relaxation there is a large firepit with table and chairs, and a charcoal grill.

It was our first time not staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay . Just wished we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. The free parking passes downtown were a bonus.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint was that last tenants had put up a few dishes not washed but not the housekeeping fault as it's the tenants responsibility. We had a clogged bathroom sink , called the office and someone came within the hour and fixed it right up. Overall it was a great stay. The grandkids loved the pool table and the game. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in process was awesome and the staff were all very nice and professional. Loved the free parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg. The house unfortunately was not very clean ( dirty walls, floors, faucets, and a lot of dust) and needed some updates. I’d recommend bringing your own towels due to not having enough there for a larger family for bathing and the hot tub. Also had an issue with a mouse.
