The property was very clean and spacious
The bed comfy, the lounge area spacious with a big leather sofa - lovely to come back to after a busy day
And the location very central for the town and beach - also very convenient for buses and train that were nearby

Mostly very clean but lots of dust on skirting board under radiator in bathroom & bathroom window behind blinds.

The Crows Nest was clean, warm, stylish and in an excellent location. We picked up the keys from the bar next door. All good!

Well-appointed, centrally located apartment - ideal for a short break. Convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, steam trains and the beach. The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked well, the lounge area and kitchen had everything we needed. Bun loaf, butter and milk were waiting for us - a nice touch.
Minor things, as mentioned by others. Duvet & pillows could do with an upgrade. There was some noise from the bar but, as promised, it stopped by 11:15pm. None of this spoilt our enjoyment of a fabulous pre-Christmas break in Sheringham.
