Very spacious! The layout was perfect for our multi-generational family. The oldest members enjoyed being in the en-suite queen bedroom on the main/entry level. There are no stairs for them to worry about. We were glad to have a quarter bath on the main as well for all to use without having to go downstairs to use a restroom. Everything was immaculate, including the expansive wood flooring. The rugs and carpet have a few stains, but overall very clean as well. Location is amazing, everything is so close! We met up with other family members at a nearby park for dinners so we didn’t violate the city ordinance of max capacity in the home. We all agreed it was one of our favorite rentals. Property management was extremely responsive. A+
We were there during the summer so the main/entry floor was always fairly warm inside. We could create a little cross breeze when we opened the front door. You could not keep it open later in the evening when all of the bugs would come out. The lower floor where most of the rooms are was very cool and wonderful.

This house is AMAZING! The layout was perfect for our needs. The 2 large decks and the view were pure perfection! The location is great!
I can't think of a thing that we weren't happy with!
