The property was ideal for a group of senior ladies gathered together from Canada, USA and Europe for a long awaited get together to visit Crufts. The property provided more than adequate accommodation for us and located perfectly.

Clean, spacious, very comfortable, warm and very well located for NEC and Airport.
Kitchen had everything you need including tea and coffee.

The property had all facilities to make breakfast etc. very conveniently located to attend events in the nec. Very clean and in a nice quiet location Will definitely use it for future trips.
