Die Lage ist fantastisch in mitten der Altstadt. Gute Grösse auch für 4 Erwachsene. Für manche könnte es aber zu laut sein.
Falls man heikel ist nicht sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Badetücher aber sauber und frisch.
Wer Geräuscheempfindlich ist braucht Oropax, wegen dem Treiben auf der Strasse.

Просто потрясающее расположение - внизу центральная площадь, где вечером собираются итальянцы, очень атмосферно. При этом при закрытых окнах не шумно, вполне комфортно. Внизу абсолютно потрясающая кофейня. До вокзала можно дойти за 10 минут. Огромный плюс - есть лифт, хоть и медленный, но его наличие радует. Город вообще отличная база для посещения Флоренции - 35 минут и вы во Фло, при этом и сам городок очень милый и атмосферный.
Во первых хозяину нужно сменить уборщиц - убирали, убирали и в итоге ничего не убрали - по всему полу волосы и грязный холодильник, мокрые тряпки бросили прямо на стиральную машину, вся посуда жирная, даже губка старая и жирная возле раковины. Чудо женщины да и только.
Во вторых вся квартира требует небольшого ухода - вроде мелочи, но их много. Нужно всего лишь уделить немного внимания ремонту, например розетки на кухне и одному из туалетов.
В третьих - в комнате с двумя односпальными кроватями просто кошмарные матрасы!!! Настолько мягкие, что просто проваливаются под взрослым человеком.
В итоге это мелочи, которые легко привести в порядок. Во всем остальном квартира прекрасная и я бы снова выбрала её при посещении Пистойи.

Great location in the middle of Pistoia. Fruit and vegetable markets downstairs every morning in the square as well as. butchers, bakers, bars, cafes, restaurants and everything else we needed. Tommaso was a great host and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out of the apartment!
Maybe more instructions provided for the heating etc.

Cooker not working - loo leaking ( resolved after 36 hours) Wi-Fi intermittent - some handles and towel rails coming loose - could be great but needs care and attention
