My reviews are also for people who understand that a lot of buildings in Paris are old and accommodation is tight.
Location is fantastic. Easy walk to Opera, Lafayette, Louvre, etc.
Kitchen and bathroom were both very well equipt. Both were big by Paris standards and considering how much we paid.
Lots of plugs.
Room was quiet, clean, neat. Very well presented.
A number of supermarkets close by.
Tons of places to get a meal.
Very good luggage storage near by (I forget what they were called but they are like a tiny grocery store with a lot of flowers for sale outside).
Sorry no lift. My fault for not checking and it is on the second floor.

It felt like home as it provides all the equipment we need.

The location was fantastic. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. We preferred to walk but metro is convenient. The property was really quiet and very well maintained. Loads of places to eat nearby and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was also pretty economical for 3 of us.
It was really too small for 3 adults. It would be better suited to a couple with a child, just a couple or a single traveller. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it always smelled damp. And the rooms were stuffy but we couldn’t get the ceiling fans to work without the lights being on which was no help at night. Also there is only one bedroom door for 2 bedrooms which was an odd fixture and limited our privacy.

location is good, close to main sights. place itself is fine, ai guess, but the way this team works and communicates with customers left really bad impression
it was dirty when we came and the Team are frauds.
since we were arriving to CDG airport I knew that it's easier for me to get transfer from the accommodation place. They request 20 euros + taxi rate, which is ok.
First problem - nobody gave me any instructions on the process. When we arrived, there was nobody meeting us. We waited there for 30 min. I tries to message WS Team in Booking and WhatsUp but there was no answer. So after waiting for around 30-40 min after arrival being tired after a long day I took a random taxi. WS Team later responded that I had to wait for a taxi driver call. I travelling abroad, I have internet, but my phone is not available, nobody told me that its needed. And when you pay for a service you don't expect to wait for a call, you expect that somebody will be already waiting for you. They refused the refund stating that the service was provided. Which definitely is not the case. 20 euros ate not that much money, yet the impression was really bad.
the bathroom is way too tiny. you cants even brush your hair without touching walls, sink, etc
plus, there were some problems with water, when opening hot water it was hot, and then for a minute or two cold, than hot again.
