In the heart of Tuscany, a luxurious property where you can enjoy summer all year round Our villa, originally built in 1000 AD, has undergone a long and meticulous restoration. Today, guests can enjoy the exceptional view offered by its unique position on a Tuscan hillside: Il Colle di Sotto enjoys a 360° panorama from a quiet, verdant slope that opens directly onto the spectacular Tuscan landscape.
Both the villa and the farmhouse have been completely renovated, with original terracotta floors and antique wooden ceilings, and boast the best of contemporary Italian design with a fresh, clean look. Both are equipped with heating, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and stereo system with CD player, automatic gate, parking and a large, independent garden. In the villa, the bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the farmhouse is air-conditioned (in the sleeping area). All the comforts and exclusive services will make you feel at home. From our large garden, you can enjoy a 360° view of the Florentine Chianti hills and discover a multitude of small hidden corners where you can relax in absolute privacy. The villa can accommodate 11 people with exclusive use of the swimming pool, or you can rent the entire property - Il Colle di Sotto Villa + Cottage (15 + 2 people) - with exclusive use of two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi.

COTTAGE Our cottage can accommodate up to six people and consists of a bright, colourful and fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower cubicles. Upstairs there is an open gallery with a fireplace and a large living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two people).
