Very Cosy, especially when the fire was on :-D and the ground where the wedding venue is are stunning!
Busy road outside and initially went passed the entrance, could maybe do with some signs 50 meters down the road to pre-warn you?

Liked the location, the hosts were really friendly and the cottage was perfect for our requirements. Comfortable cottage with all amenities catered for and lovely walk around the grounds.
There was nothing that was a negative for us, these guys have got it just right.

Very comfortable, had everything we needed.
Hot tub was lovely.
It was lovely to see the amount of animals on the farm.
Plenty of room for the dog to have a run around away from the animals.
Good park and ride nearby for going into York
The 2nd double bed is very noisy when you move around and the mattress could do with being changed.
Towels very thin and old.
