Fijn compleet en ruim appartement met ruim balkon dichtbij het centrum van Heraklion
Directe omgeving is wat rommelig. Parkeren is lastig door afmetingen eigen parkeerplaats en buurtparkeerders

The apartment was very conveniently located and it was great to have parking on site. The furnishings were tasteful and modern and the furniture was all very comfortable and new. I very much appreciated that the bed settee was already made up with sheets when we arrived and it was very comfortable to sleep on. Thank you also for the lovely little craft gift that was left for us.
It was a little tricky to find the right temperature in the shower initially, but we figured it out eventually. We were a little surprised that the apartment was equipped with an air fryer and a sandwich toasting machine, but no microwave. That was really the only downside for us.

- Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση -με τα πόδια- από το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου.
- Η επικοινωνία με τη διαχείριση υπήρξε άμεση και απροβλημάτιστη. Αξίζει ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στην ευγένεια και τη διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.
- Το διαμέρισμα παρέχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος (τηλεόραση smart, air fryer, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα με δωρεάν αμπούλες, πλυντήριο, πετσέτες, σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρο κλπ).
- Διατίθεται δωρεάν wifi, το οποίο είναι απαραίτητο καθώς το σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας (πάροχος η COSMOTE) εντός του καταλύματος δεν ήταν καλό.
- Άριστη καθαριότητα.
- Το δωμάτιό μας είχε και μπαλκόνι, με καναπέ και τραπεζάκι.
- Πολύ σημαντική ήταν η παροχή δωρεάν στεγασμένης θέσης στάθμευσης ΙΧ αυτοκινήτου στην πιλοτή της πολυκατοικίας.
- Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει τηλεόραση και στο υπνοδωμάτιο (αυτό βέβαια είναι περισσότερο δική μου ανάγκη).
- Όπως ανέφερα και παραπάνω το σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας εντός του διαμερίσματος δεν είναι καθόλου καλό (πάροχος η COSMOTE), το οποίο όμως είναι πρόβλημα της εταιρείας κινητής και όχι του καταλύματος.

Great position close to city center, apartment very clean with all needed amenities, bedroom large and comfortable, procedure to pickup key and check-in easy and straight forward. The bathroom was very clean, just a bit small, though not preventing a comfortable usage.
Just a suggestion: add a couple of shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries, as space is limited.
