The customer service on the phone was helpful and friendly. The location was one of the best ones that I have used in Darlington and I will definitely be using it again in the future if it's available when I need to stay up there. It was nice and clean and had a nice powerful shower.
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a deposit of £100 that wasn't made clear to me by booking.com so that put me out of pocket slightly so I had to budget my first night wisely. And when I got there it wasn't ready and I had to wait 3 hours for it to be cleaned and prepared so I had to roam around waiting during that time.

The apartment is nice, located in a very convenient area with lots of parking spaces (both two-hour and night free and some cheap ones) and very close to the centre. We found a clean and well organized space and very friendly and useful staff.
Nothing too important, just a few things that could be improved. There is nothing to make a coffee in the house (no French press or anything else). The king size bed is made with two singles. It would have been nice to find a proper topper to join the two since we could feel that they were two different beds.

Had run out of charge on phone, so could no easily access my emails,as keysafe code sent 3 hours before arrival.
Couldnt get tv to work in bedroom.

Very clean great location just one of those hidden little gems if you need to getaway for 1 or 2 days I would recommend it to any one
How clean the place was how well laid out it was helpful staff on hand to help out like I said just a lil hidden gem of a place for a weekend away
