Clean Location easy access to all direction around
First time access to the property is complicated Challenging for elderly visitor. It ‘s very good to have a laundry room but it’s not secured: 2 of my branded t shirt disappeared from the washing machine!!!!!!

The location was not close to anything - very industrial and uninviting.
The rooms are dark and gloomy. There is very little light even with the curtains back. Hot at night with only a small gap window to open. The whole nonsense of having to download an app and open it every time I wanted to open a door was incredibly tiring. A cleaner left a fob for us the next day. We didn't know where to collect this fob or even that it existed. We thought we'd be stuck with this stupid app that would connect sometimes and then others not. For the price it was all very underwhelming.
