Maison Gemenos

Sa localisation , la maison était très apaisante propre et avec une piscine superbe !

Des moustiquaires aux fenêtres permettrait de mieux profiter le soir. Les moustiques étant très présent cela a quelque peu nuit aux soirées en empêchant l’aération et il faisait vite très chaud dans la maison en fin de journée.

The house is in the backyard of the owners villa. Kind of rural feel. There is a pool you can use and some outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining. The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room and small kitchen. Quite nice if you are a family. Ok inside although no aircon.

There are rats - second day a big rat sat on the awning above the kitchen window and rats were seen running in the evening next to the dining table outside. Subsequently we had all windows and doors shut which was not super comfortable. In general the outside area needs renovation and the pool need to be cleaned properly as it was quite dirty. All facilities seems to be worn out and the house is currently not really suitable for renting out
