Inside, kick back on the comfy sofa in the living room and catch a movie in front of the flat-screen TV or snuggle near the fireplace. Step outside and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views from your own private balcony while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the community outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), perfect for those warm summer evenings. Also, free WiFi. Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

The room was clean and in a comfortable order. Only disappointment was queen bunk mattress was very thin, not so comfortable and no potato masher for Thanksgiving dinner, but we made due.

Overall, Condo was nice. Walls are a little thin and can hear people next to you or above, but the condo was clean upon arrival. Some things are renovated, some are outdated, but all in good working conditions and clean. Items are well stocked, with dish soap, sponges, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Communication was clear and timely. There was plenty of room for all. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the steep drive, but the 1/2 mile walk into town isn't bad at all. Overall, would stay here again at the reasonable price.

Great location for activities and adventures around the Gatlinburg area and the National Park. The unit had enough room for a small family and the facility had ample parking.

Always enjoy Gatlinburg however the condo was a little aggravating to get inside because of the number of steps. Our place was on the second floor which is deceiving because we had at least 3 flights of stairs to get in. Also the rooms are very small and there was some remodeling that was in progress but not completed. Just half done. 1 redeeming quality was that it was clean.
