La proximité de la mer et des commerces. Le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied
La situation au deuxième étage et un escalier bien raide pour y arriver : nous avons 75 ans... Ce fut très dur, surtout pour monter et descendre les valises. A ajouter impérativement dans le descriptif de votre annonce. La batterie de cuisine est minimale : pas de casserole, une cocotte au fond éraflé, pas de couvercle...

Das schöne Appartement liegt perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Saint Malo mit Auto. In der Nähe sind kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, aber nicht der Supermarkt gegenüber, sondern in den Seitenstraßen dahinter! Man kann jederzeit schnell zu Ausflügen aufbrechen, oder zu Fuß immer am Atlantik und schönen Villen entlang in Richtung Innenstadt oder Strand! Das Bett ist sehr bequem, man schläft sehr ruhig, auch mit geöffnetem Fenster und es gibt genügend Stauraum fürs Gepäck. Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, aber größere Kochaktionen schwer möglich. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Bettwäsche, aber uns wurde sofort geholfen und entgegengekommen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen! Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Austausch!

La spiaggia si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi , mentre il centro lo si può raggiungere dal lungomare a piedi , anche se è abbastanza distante …2,5 km circa Sotto casa diverse panetterie , ristoranti ed il carrefour Letto e cuscini comodi , buona la biancheria per il bagno Comodo il self check in
Ingresso datato con scale strette e odore persistente del ristorante messicano sotto casa Park sotto casa difficile da trovare e a pagamento poche le stoviglie( solo bicchieri bibita e spumante ) e sporche !
