Marbella Centre with terrace and pool

Nos gustó mucho la villa, muy espaciosa, bien ubicada y el trato tanto con las limpiadoras como con Jose fue excelente.

La ubicación era muy buena, Mercadona a dos minutos andando, la piscina muy cómoda y tranquila. Todo limpio amplio y cómodo para un gran grupo. Repetiría sin pensarlo. Dos plazas de garaje, todo genial

- zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig - neuwertige und grosszügige Wohnung, gute Ausstattung der Küche und es war sauber - gemeinsamer Aussenpool und schöner Umschwung - Einstellplatz für zwei Autos in der Tiefgarage - kurze bis sehr kurze Distanz zum Einkaufen, zum Meer und ins Zentrum zur Altstadt

- Wegbeschreibung war unklar (erwähnte Tankstelle als Orientierungshilfe heisst heute nicht mehr so) - Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert (kein Empfang vor Ort, man traf sich innerhalb der abgemachten Stunde beim Eingang) - eine Nachbarin hat sich beschwert wegen dem Lärm, den die Kinder im Pool gemacht haben

Good location with a lovely pool area and plenty of sun beds. We were accommodated both early check in and late check out at no extra cost which was much appreciated. Easy check in as the host meets you at the property - great communication beforehand. The kitchen, dining and living room space was great. Also a really big terrace area. We had 2 sets of keys which was useful for a big group. Plenty of pool and bathroom towels are provided.

Unfortunately upon arrival, the apartment was not clean (in fact, quite dirty apart from the kitchen area) so we actually spent some time cleaning it ourselves - it was mainly the floor that was dirty with hair and dust. Some of the beds had also not been made up with sheets and pillows, although we did find some in the cupboards. There was a large group of us (13) so it was a squeeze at times but we made do and expected this to be the case based on the price. The apartment is not reflective of the pictures however, it is actually quite run down and in need of some TLC. The terrace area, although huge which is great for a group of people, was covered in bird poop and needs a good jet wash. As a big group unfortunately the hot water went cold if you were 7th onwards in the queue for a shower, due to the hot water levels of the complex.
