It was very clean and had a really fresh aroma. The kitchen facilities were adequate. Good air-conditioning and plenty of hot water.
Some of the details of the apartment have been left unfinished but I have OCD so... 🙃 Also the neighborhood is a bit dodgy despite the fact that it's a great location.

The room was adequate for a short stay, there was air conditioning, and a tiny kitchen with basic supplies. We liked that there was a balcony. I would recommend the accommodation itself if you are planning a short budget visit to the city. The apartment is 15 minutes from the centre by metro which was nice.
The bathroom needs a bit of a renovation. The area is quite scary if you're a foreigner, I would definitely take this into consideration for solo female travellers.

The neighborhood is really bad. WiFi is the worst I've ever seen. Beds are extremely and noisy. Many things need to be repaired. Very noisy place, everything seems made with cardboard.
