I only stayed fr one night but I absolutely loved it. Really comfy beds, good pressure shower, handmade cookies in the bedroom, the breakfast was beyond delicious and the staff was lovely. I felt at home and I can’t recommend the place enough. My only con to say something is that the parking was tight of space and I struggled to get out but I’d definitely come back!!

Recently (2024) opened B&B in Keswick in an ideal spot for exploring. Parking available (you'd be unlucky not to get a spot) which in Keswick is a big win. Very close to Derwentwater and the Launch as well as Keswick town. Staff could not possibly have been more welcoming and friendly at every opportunity. Breakfast prepared fresh and tasty. Absolutely ideal spot for a few nights in the Lake District

Our room ,#7, had the west mountian view. I was never tired of looking at how light and shadow of the clouds change the mood of the view.
The room was excellent, was just renovated, with comfy bed. The room was nit spacious but it had everything in its place so it is comfortable to move around and not feeling cramped. Kudos to the designer.
The bathroom was modern and had plenty of place to put your toiletries. However, the shower didn’t have any shelf we had to leave toiletries bottles on the shower floor. I hit my head on the shower control trying to get to the shampoo!!
May be for safety reason? But some small shelves on the wall where the shower control was wouldn’t be in the way.
The BFs were delicious and good hearty portion.
The staff were friendly and eager to help. Thanks Jodi for all your cheerfulness and assistance.
