Coffee machine and kitchenette available. It was small but I didn't miss anything. Good for minimalists.
Smell in the bathroom but staff was very helpful and tried to fix it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and quick at responding when we needed to communicate. The facility was very close to the metro which provided quick access to anywhere we needed to go. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was really clean.
I didn’t really have any complaints. The stairs to the apartment were a little bit challenging for people who potentially struggle to use them, though I believe there was a lift so really, there was nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent — 20 Rue Laffitte in the 9th arrondissement. Very central, close to Opéra, metro stations, cafes, and shops. The property is quite good for a short stay, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
The room was a bit small, but acceptable for a short stay.

Location was good
No aircon during heat wave in a small space, lights were not connect to the right rooms so sometimes had to have all lights on if we needed light.
