Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #80 - Master Craftsman Family Chalet!
From the moment that you enter this 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin, you'll be delighted by its old-world craftsmanship and the well-thought-out and tasteful design. The main floor features an open, airy living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and great westerly exposure. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, accompanied by an island workstation and breakfast bar, and higher-end stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. There's also a dining table with seating for six, a living area with a comfy corner group, a large flatscreen monitor with Apple play, a freestanding wood fireplace (firewood provided), one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an ensuite full bath with a jetted tub…a wonderful stress reliever! Outside is a large wraparound deck with a six-person hot tub and a gas grill. Stepping down to the lower floor reveals a sitting area with a foosball table, one bedroom with 1-twin over full-sized bunk bed, a ¾ bath, and a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and a ¾ bath with dual sinks and an extra large tiled shower. If you weren't doing the math, that's one bedroom and one bathroom on every floor…perfect for couples! This cabin is also equipped with Starlink (no wimpy Wi-Fi here!), and a basic genset for those infrequent power outages. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
