About this house rental
Enjoy the many amenities in this five bedroom home with three levels. Fantastic hikes await straight out the front door. A Perfect quiet location with walking distance to the lake and less than a half mile to Homewood Ski Resort.
Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in a pristine setting for hiking, biking, skiing, or boating. Close to many popular beaches including Meeks Bay, Sugar Pine State Park, Bliss State Park, Chambers Landing and many more. Bring your bike and cruise the paved trail into Tahoe City or to one of the local favorite sandwich shops.
Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have the living room, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor features 2 primary suites with ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. The lowest floor features three more bedrooms with king beds, and a bunk room with a full over a full bed.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar, and Palisades and Palisades Alpine. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches.
Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

We couldn't have picked a better cabin to stay in for my wife's 40th birthday. We enjoyed barbecuing, using the hot tub, and playing croquet in the back yard. We felt like the cabin was perfectly centralized for all our outdoor activities. Hiking, cycling, and boating etc... Thank you for making our first trip to Lake Tahoe a memorable one, we will be back!

Beautiful house for multiple families. Furnishings, indoor and outdoor space, kitchen, all beautiful. The internet access was completely non-functional for the entirety of our stay. This was not due to a provider outage but was specific to the property itself. We had four working adults who were relying on a stable internet connection to work remotely, which was one of the reasons we selected this home. In addition to impacting our ability to work, this issue rendered the numerous TVs—each reliant on internet streaming—unusable. Secondly, the dryer in the home was not working, a fact confirmed by the maintenance technician. With eight people staying at the property, including four children, this created a significant inconvenience. We had planned accordingly to do laundry during the stay and did not overpack, assuming the listed amenities would be available and functional. While we understand that occasional issues can arise, the combination of all these problems made our stay far less enjoyable and convenient than we had expected. The lack of resolution during the stay only added to our frustration. Heather from Tahoe Rental Company was great to try and resolve our issues. However, given the extent of the disruptions, we were given a less than satisfactory resolution on our cost.

This house would be great house for the summer but not so much for the winter time. We stayed here in the winter time, it’s big house with such a small hot water heater. We ran out of hot water every time when kids took a bath. And hard to access the back yard in the winter time. A good location with a walking distance to lake.
