This house was perfect for my girls trip to Fredericksburg. We really enjoyed all of the little snacks and coffee pods at the property and loved the hot tub. The sidewalk situation makes it a little difficult to walk to town, but uber was easy. Will definitely stay again.

My best friend and I had been talking about going to Fredericksburg for a long time, we finally decided to book it for this summer and I am so glad we did! Amber’s property was the perfect place for us to stay - clean, convenient, a beautiful hot tub. Amber was so nice, so easy to get ahold of and available if we needed anything. I would recommend her property to anyone wanting to stay in Fredericksburg.

The house was just as described. Very cozy for the four of us that stayed there. The location is very accessible to Main Street and an excellent coffee/donut shop. Towels were all stocked and the hot tub was an added bonus. Our hostess was very fast in responding. They had some nice snacks out for us along with lots of coffee selections and toiletries. Only thing we had a little trouble with was that the bathroom didn't have its own access. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to it. It was still fine because we are all close friends that went but would have been a little awkward if you are going with people you don't know as well. Would still come back though! Absolutely loves this house. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was conveniently located near Main St. and the check in process and communication was phenomenal. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!
