About this apartment rental
The Penthouse is a newly refurbished, contemporary holiday apartment just yards from the pier, promenade and beach in Llandudno, the largest seaside resort in Wales.
The apartment is situated in a fantastic location at the foot of The Great Orme, a beautiful wildlife haven with walks, ancient copper mines, a traditional Victorian tramway and the UK’s longest cable car ride. There are excellent restaurants, shops and attractions literally on the doorstep.
The stylish interior and sun-trap roof terrace are perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway for friends, families and couples alike.
Allow the designated chef to impress in the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table.
As you look to unwind, the stylish lounge is home to a plush sofa, two armchairs, a cosy real flame gas fire and a 43" UHD Smart TV, ideal for catching up on your favourite shows from freeview, or for streaming from your Netflix or Amazon accounts.
Travel upstairs to the unique loft bedroom, housing a king size sleigh bed or the luxury main bedroom which has two full size single beds (zip link beds which can be configured into a superking on request).
Both bedrooms boast plush mattresses, soft bedding, dressing tables and hairdryers,
serviced by a multi room bathroom (bath in one room, shower in another etc.) helping you get ready with ease.
There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

We (family of 3) just departed from a beautiful stay in Llandudno in this nice and cosy appartment. The apartments interior is tasteful and of high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and despite it's central location, the flat itself remains calm. The location is about 2 mins walk from the pier and the promenade. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops are in walking distance as well. If we are returning to Llandudno, we would definately come back again.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable near promenade, Great Orme, shops and restaurants. It spans 4 levels: entrance on one, bathroom on second, one bedroom, living room and kitchen on third level and finally second bedroom in the eaves up a very steep and narrow staircase. Bathroom is of unusual configuration: toilet basin in one room and shower and bath each in their own, all 3 positioned in one row on the second level where you will also find the exit to the roof terrace. Beds are very soft so if that bothers you like some of our party, you have been warned. Also, other than hand soap, toilet tissue, dishwasher and laundry tablets and kitchen roll, no other household basics are provided (e.g. salt, splices, shampoo....).The flat was quite clean barring inside kitchen drawers and cupboards which could do with a wipe down. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this flat.
