The large wooden dining table comfortably accommodates 18 people, making it the perfect place to gather for meals and share laughter. The main level decks offer expansive views and plenty of seating options, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Ozarks!
The house also offers a game room full of arcade options for the kids to enjoy. The best part is the PRIVATE POOL! You and your family can enjoy complete privacy in the 4-foot-deep pool. The private pool is OPEN May 1st - October 1st. The pool is not heated.

We had 13 adults and one baby. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom! The listing was just as advertised- beautiful and perfect for us. They even had a Christmas tree for us that was impeccably decorated! Very close to Silver Dollar City, grocery stores, and all Branson activities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Literally the Tip Top of the Rock- fantastic view! We would love to stay here again!

Our family of 15 stayed at tip top of the mountain for thanksgiving weekend. The house was fantastic with nine bedrooms giving everyone plenty of space. The arcade was a big hit with everyone and the hot tub was used every day. The long dining room table was exceptional! Josh was very prompt in replying to all my questions before we arrived and the check in and check out was easy.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
